My work is informed by both clinical training and direct experience of working with individuals facing a range of psychological and relational difficulties. I have supported clients dealing with anxiety, low mood, trauma, addiction, and periods of loss or transition, as well as those navigating complex and often confusing relationship dynamics.
I have a particular interest in working with experiences of emotional and narcissistic abuse, and in understanding how these can affect a person’s sense of self, their capacity to trust their own perception, and their way of relating to others. This work often involves helping clients make sense of what has been difficult to name, and supporting a gradual rebuilding of clarity, boundaries, and self-worth.
Alongside my clinical work, my academic training has deepened my interest in questions of identity, meaning, and how individuals find their way through experiences that can feel disorienting or overwhelming. This continues to shape how I understand the therapeutic process — not only as a way of managing distress, but as a way of making sense of one’s life more fully.
